Touch for Health Essentials combines Level 1, Level 2 and 5-Element Metaphors into one comprehensive course. The Essentials are everything you need to get started and start using the techniques for yourself and your family immediately.

Essentials is taught in three modules:
​
Module 1
Lays a firm foundation of how to find systems that are stressed and ways to get healing energy flowing again. In this module you will learn:

The essentials of Muscle Monitoring and ways to communicate accurately with the body. You learn how to determine the level of stress in a system.

What corrections the body may ask for and how to apply them.

A simple, yet powerful, A-B-C type process that allow you immediate success.

At the end of Module 1 you will know over 70 corrections, but don't worry, the training and support materials are presented in such a logical way that you don't have to memorize them all.
You will learn

How to use muscle feedback to communicate with the body

How to use corrective reflexes for detoxification
-
Which reflexes will increase blood flow to tiny capillaries for better healing, thinking, memory, and stress release.

What to do when the body is in chaos and forgets how healthy energy flows

The A-B-C- of 'fix as you go'

This is the equivalent of TFH level 1
Module 2 : Metaphors and Goal Setting
Metaphors are an absolutely brilliant way of looking at health.
This is a powerful module that you can use to support your own health, healing and wellness goals.
Metaphors come from the creative side of the brain so you can solve a problems first in your 'meta physical reality, and then bring the 'fix' into physical existence.
Imagine feeling stressed, and having a powerful tool to
1) identify it
2) correct it,
3) rewrite it
4) experience it

It's the most amazing thing you can do! Imagine your Law of Attraction energy on steroids. Wouldn't it be nice to use your energy for what you want instead of someone else stealing it and imposing their goals on you.
Module 3
This is the module that empowers you with techniques and tools to use when the body is so stressed that the energy seems stuck and won't let go.
This module teaches the subtle ways the body holds stress, protects itself from harm, and resists change. Self-Sabotage is a protective mechanism that is important for survival. When the body is no longer in survival mode, the cells need to receive the message that it is safe to release and grow.

Module 3 empowers you with skill and knowledge for when an energy system is so stressed that it won't let go.

You learn another 56 corrections... but don't worry... its structured so you are empowered to release your own stress around learning and applying what you know.

How to release high levels of stress in the body

How to speed up the corrections and get to resolution fast

When and how to Tonify and Sedate the body's energy systems

Several ways to ask questions and get better information from the body.
Module 4
Brings it all together. This is a module where students can share what they are working on and learn from each other. It provides a way to work on their own challenges in a safe, confidential environment. Working and practicing the techniques on others in small groups allow them to clear whatever comes up that they feel is holding them back.

Because Module 4 is very practical and self-supporting, it is offered as an optional - tho highly encouraged - feature in the program.
​
It will be beneficial to:

new learners who are starting the Touch for Health training but dont yet feel competent with muscle testing and applying the techniques.

Practitioners certified in other modalities who are ready to release stress in their own life so they can be even better at what they do.

This optional Module will not be beneficial to:
