The human body is a dynamic, responsive system that reacts instantly to the ever-changing, ever evolving environment it lives in.  It quickly analyzes and adapts to thought, emotion, physical environment, mental challenges based on the conscious and subconscious programs that it has trusted to survive.  Often these programs are below our every-day awareness.  Habits allow us to make choices and act in ways that work well.  But what happens when we desire change?

If you find yourself just go through the motions of a day without even thinking of why you do things, or what could be tweaked to be different, this class is for you.   If you find yourself sabotaging your success, getting into the same defeating behavior again and again, you may have an old story that is begging you to re-write it.

5-Elements - Goal Setting and Metaphors trains you in "Self-Empowered Living".  It integrates Ancient Chinese 5-element metaphors with modern concepts of goal-setting, language programming, quantum research, and human potential.

Using the 14 basic movements from Touch for Health, you will discover ways to balance, re-write, and align to an updated version of your best life possible.  It is self-responsibility at its finest, wellness at its core.
